A working tool for a sponsorship team.

Built with AI to support Ari’s volunteer sponsorship work with UTS Hiking Club. Sponsor Hub helps the team research prospects, prepare proposals and keep track of who is doing what.

Track prospects and the next task.

The command centre connects the sponsorship target, active opportunities, priority prospects and club reach. Pipeline stages distinguish research and readiness from contact, proposals and signed support.

Membership updates

Keep club figures up to date.

The membership sync processes the source list locally and brings aggregate counts into Sponsor Hub. Dated checks preserve the history, while unexpected decreases require review. The team gets evidence it can use without adding member names, emails or phone numbers to the sponsorship workspace.

The club needed to research suitable sponsors, find contact routes, prepare proposals and keep work moving between volunteers. A list of brand names could not manage those tasks on its own.

A shared web app with sponsor research, a ranked prospect list, contact routes, assigned tasks, proposal preparation and outreach tracking. It also keeps dated club figures and updates aggregate membership counts. Draft proposals remain subject to executive review.

AI-assisted development helped turn the sponsorship brief into a working web app. The build brings sponsor research, tasks, proposal preparation and club figures together so the team can review and use them in one place.

Ari’s volunteer sponsorship work shaped the brief: keep research accessible during handovers, assign a person to each prospect and show the next task. Proposals need current club figures and executive review. A funding target must stay separate from signed sponsorship.

  1. 01Research Australian market presence and sponsor fit
  2. 02Prioritise prospects and establish contact routes
  3. 03Assign a relationship owner and next action
  4. 04Shape the activation, contribution and deliverables
  5. 05Check dated club evidence and obtain executive approval
  6. 06Track the approach and record agreed commitments

A live workspace for research, proposals, tasks and club figures. The September 2026 review showed 20 ranked brands and a dated ActivateUTS membership check. These demonstrate the preparation tools; they do not represent signed sponsorship or funding received.

Giving skilled people their valuable time back.
